After due diligence and investigation of title and getting satisfied with the title of the Owners, deal is completed. But while doing so, certain permissions, NoCs etc are needed to be obtained. In our legal audit, we check whether all required permissions were obtained by the parties and whether the parties have violated or contravened any of the terms and conditions of such order/s. We inspect all deeds and documents and verify if they have been properly executed and registered. We also verify that all Government orders passed and the deeds / documents executed in respect of the property are legal, valid and subsisting. This ‘legal audit’ report helps our client/s to raise loans from the banks / Financial Institutions.
